A and E Watches has a strict policy that ever watches purchased must have its Serial Number and Reference Number intact.  We do not file numbers down and highly frown upon that practice.  All watches come with a certificate of authenticity, certificate of warranty, and an invoice that includes the watch's serial number.

Absolutely! Our service is given by certified, experienced technicians in an up-to-date lab equipped with original tools of Rolex, Cartier, and other high end watches.

"Domestically set" means we have had our professional jewelers personally set all precious stones (diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds etc.).  By domestically setting the stones we are able to offer you an extraordinary watch and save you thousands of dollars.  We do carry factory set diamond dials and bezels upon request, but why not enjoy the elegance of a diamond bezel or diamond bezel at a fraction of the cost?

We only offer superb merchandise.  All of our precious stones are of high quality and color.

Typically original documentation is not given when purchasing a pre-owned time piece.  However, that does not mean we can not locate one with original documents.  We at A and E Watches strive to accommodate all of our customers needs and will take the time to locate any watch you wish to purchase.

Yes indeed!  All of our watches come with an inner/outer box, owner's manual, tags, polishing cloth, and original Rolex documentation whenever applicable.

Usually it takes approximately a week for a customer to receive their merchandise, however it varies.  If paying by a cashier's check, money order, or personal check, it will take approximately 5-10 business days.  If paying by credit card, it takes approximately 1-3 business days. If paying by wire transfer, it typically only takes 24 to 48 hours.  Once payment has cleared, the merchandise is shipped UPS priority overnight. Please understand that shipping delays occur at times.
