Return Policy

A&E Watches is dedicated to providing superior service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days, some restrictions and exclusions apply.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of delivery (when you received the item). All returns must ship insured for the full value. You are solely responsible for all shipping costs including insurance. All returned items must be in the exact same condition, including all tags, boxes, books, stickers, and accessories. The item must not be worn, tampered with, or devalued in any way. All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund. If the returned item is found to be devalued in any way, the return may be rejected or charges applied.
No returns will be accepted for the following:

Never-Worn – Watches that are never worn and include manufactured box and paper/card.
Special Order – Any item or part (dials, bezel and etc.) requiring special order upon customer request.
Any watch that has been customized or modified per customer request. Any watch with custom-set diamonds on the case or bracelet. Any watch with a PVD or other custom finish.
Any return will be subjected to a fee of 15% of the total purchase amount.

All returns are handled individually. If your purchase is outside the terms of our return policy, we can often help. Excluding never worn, special orders, and custom watches, we have a 30-day exchange policy. We also offer lifetime trade-ins and buy watches at fair market value. Rolex watches often appreciate in value and fair market value may be greater than the original amount paid.

Rolex watches are well known for durability and dependability. We understand you may spend a lifetime with your new watch and it may even be handed down for generations. Unlike the competitors and marketplaces that are only interested in selling you a watch, we do our very best to make sure your new watch is exactly the right watch for you, a watch you can enjoy for a lifetime.
